My life’s passion is to see the inner greatness in everyone around me, call it forth, and help them pursue their own purpose and significance in life. As your coach, I will work with you on the skills you may be missing and your game strategy. Over time you will get better at all the things that are difficult for you right now, such as prioritizing, time management, planning and organization. I love helping others see their true worth, and help them apply these new skills to achieving the things they want most.

I love to work with people who want to do better. As your coach,I will provide a supportive non-judgmental partnership in which you will be encouraged to set reasonable and attainable goals and create an action plan to reach those goals. • Adults who have just learned that they have ADHD, even though they have been struggling with the challenges of ADHD their whole life.

• Parents of children with ADHD desperately trying to calm the chaos in their home.

• Dreamers who want to change the world and don’t know how to start  

When I’m not coaching, I love reading, genealogy, attending the theatre, traveling (I’m a sucker for anything historical and museums), and spending time with family and friends.
